Effective Communication

Communication in the workplace continues to be one of the biggest challenges that face teams. Ineffective communication can lead to many negative opportunities that will impact the organization as a whole.

In this seminar, participants will be given practical tools to engage in healthy effective communication. If they are willing to take the risk and utilize the skills discussed they now have a foundation to engage in effective communication by being an active listener, ability to convey a more clearly defined message plus and a framework of what effective communication can look like and how it will be beneficial for the organization and for the individual.

7 Seconds

The first interaction with a new guest is exciting and nerve-racking all at once, especially when you have 7 seconds or less to make a first “great” impression with them. How well the impression is delivered will determine if they give you more than 7 seconds.

This seminar will focus on:

Impression, will the guest be back and invite others.

Attitude, from how groomed we are to what we say, think and do.

What it means to be in the people business.

Importance of Social Media.

Understanding your guests.

Effective Leadership

It’s not the title, the responsibilities or even the letters behind your name that make you a leader. Leadership is about how you see others and help them. Leadership is how you see and approach the opportunity in front of you and use your influence to impact that opportunity.

Through this seminar, participants will have a better understanding of leadership, gain practical knowledge and skills on how to effectively improve their leadership and have a global influence within the organization.

F-Word

Everyone wants to be lead but no one likes to be labeled a follower. However, without followers, there would be no leaders. And Great Leaders would not be great if they did not have Great Followers.

In this seminar, participants will gain a greater understanding of the power of Followership, how it applies to them and how the influence of Followership can be equal if not greater than the influence of leadership.

I would welcome the opportunity to hear about your organizations’ development goals and discuss how we can partner together to help accomplish those goals. Please contact me to discuss.
